Carl Berry is an experienced criminal defense and immigration attorney licensed with the Virginia State Bar. He was raised in Prince William County, Virginia and earned his undergraduate degree from the North Central University, Minneapolis, MN, and his law degree from UDC Law School, Washington, D.C.

As a military prosecutor Carl Berry handled complex cases in the United States.   

He continues to serve as an Air Force Reserve JAG.
